Las Vegas wird von Zombies überrannt. Partygirl Molly und ihr Freund Nick verlassen die Stadt der Sünde und machen sich auf den Weg durch die Wüste Nevadas. Mitten im Nirgendwo bleiben sie mit dem Wagen stecken, während die Sonne auf sie herabknallt. Und dann stolpert in der Ferne ein Untoter heran. Molly versteckt sich im Auto, doch als der Zombie Nick beißt, nimmt sie entsetzt Reißaus. Währenddessen fällt das Monster über die Innereien ihres toten Freundes her, doch das Mahl reicht ihm nicht und er stellt der Entkommenen nach.
